Triton interests Houston Unethical unprofessional rental practices Houston Texas

We paid the rental application online and told we were approved based on "contingencies" called several times and finally 1 week before  moving had not heard anthing back---totally unprofessional. Called And asked to speak to agents boss. was told in 10 minutes of that call that yes, for the 2nd  time we were approved. My agent went to take the deposit and in the car on her way, she was called by the triton agent, "oh sorry the house was rented by someone else. " we were to move to Houston in 1 week with no place to live! WE found a house (thank goodness, sight unseen as we were 5 states away) and I will never do business w this company---Ever. 

no efforts were made to find us another home, instead the Triton agent K., sends our agent a list of available homes from Triton. What makes them think that we would want to do any business with them after this ordeal? I will be surer to tell everyone I know about this unprofessional company. We are now in a great community--- thanks to the unethical and unprofessional tactics of Triton and Mrs. K.--
