On August 14 I ordered a piece of jewelry for around $50 from an online store called Glencara, purportedly based in Ireland, selling celtic jewelry. I set up an account and ordered a ring, paid for it via Paypal, was informed online that it would arrive Aug 22. August 22 it's not here. I go online and they have no record of my account. I go to my Paypal account and find the $50 was paid to TRK Holding Ltd. Would like to know what to do. This is the first time I've had any trouble with online purchase. It may be my last. I have Norton Internet Security. Norton did not alert me to this being a suspicious site.
