He has only bought and sold one property that has been disclosed, and states he made a small profit. This property took a full calendar year to buy, fix, and sell according to Brian.
Get full disclosure, he states that he has thousands of dollars in the bank, however, when asked to prove it... No bank statements can be proven matching the disclosed dollar amounts.
Check his credit report in detail. he states that he has no debt? please verify this information to be true & accurate.
Verify SS card & Drivers Lic for identity. get a list of references of the real estate agents he has done business with, title companies, and real estate attorney.
He also will make you spend your time working on a requested funding or file in real estate without even having a signed purchase contract... do not waste the time.
All small private lenders & hard money lenders, verify all past private money references first prior to due diligence and making a funding decision.
