Tropical motor sales scammed me yes 3 times..this the worse yet Yes should've learned after 1St n 2ND time .. 6 months ago I had to junk my car , I cried because that was my independence! They told me come to his dealership and he would get me into something DEPENDABLE ..I explained I don't make much money ,and have 3 kids at home . ** I went ,bought a Hyundai Santa fe ,I was so excited he took a decent amount down an NO Interest , an didn't make me carry full coverage ..I felt he was trying to be fair. 6 weeks later ,the radiator blew up ..they wouldn't help me get it 35 miles to them . So I tried ..it started on fire just about an wouldn't turn on..I was on 95..for ,3 hours no help they wouldn't sent anyone to at least pick me up an Get me out of harms way.. hours later a stranger had to approach me after a truck almost hit me ,and tropical motors wife said get it closer within 1 mile ,we will send a tow..I cried I can't it's on fire almost..she said call me when you do..the stranger left me the Mile before an tow came ,he even said why didn't you call I would've came or got you off hi way ..as I cried I said she wouldn't ..he said no surprise with her..and he apologized for a stranger doing his job an fear I most have felt ..I could've had Kids in car she NNEveR asked **days later they switched me into a Kia shortage ..s**t boom. 3 weeks in..it had problems an stunk like gas so much my kids would throw up on way to school,had to ride w windows open at all times..if it was raining an windows up kids would get tired from gas smell..they told me it wasn't anything an wohdknt fix or look at it..to them they didnt smell it nothing to fix.. ** I refused to pay until they fixed it..3 months later they call and want a payment..or return the car.. I explain how upset I am..I gave them all I had ,an these cars are unsafe .. NICK the owner explains he understands, bring it back an he will help me get a good and dependable van since NOw my oldest is having a BABY.. I again ,give them everything I can pull together $500 down ..yes I test drove in the small circle they take you.. ** get it home ,an next day a feel I've been hit from behind ..but I'm not home ..I text NICk an he says bring it in..I explain I'm not home miles away an can't get there..next day Sunday they are closed..later I'm driving home slips out of gear can't get speed an slams back at me..then the hazards go on, lights won't work ,and it smells horrible...I'm crying I txt Nick he says oh well it's not business hours I told you to have brought it in an you didn't ..I explained ilk be in Monday ,just wanted him to know-how bad..I take it up,and they say it's nothing .. well two days later no headlights still ,and I'm due to drive 300 miles away .they say go to auto zone change the bulb..like I didn't think of that ..I did ,I checked the relays nothing .. I just got back from trio an took it in an sure enough a wire snapped ..whisk there I ask for help ..not for then to pay ..just help w the tires an alignment an wipers..since it's only been 9 days..they tell me NO.. I cry..yes again..I don't have a lot an they should what the car safe ..I leave an go get 2 tires..the guy says if a Miskito bites it ,they will blow..while working on it he refuses to let me leave the shop ..says only 3 bolts out of 5 on tire an stripped , then the studs are bent an stripped that hold tire on..I promise to pick up kids an go fix the studs an bolts ..the guy so upset an says no kids,unsafe ...I finally take it ,have the work done,and ask for alignment done too. Guy says impossible ... Axel's NO good at all ,an need cv rods ,brakes an more the under neath is no good an unsafe he's seen all in one for some time..he suggest the car place handle this..it's a van w kids... My mom calls TRopIcal motors ..girl says Nick not there ..UNtil she yells..now Nick there..he says SHE TRUSTED US THREE TIMES AN SIGNED AGAIN HER FAULT ,SHE CAN DEAL WITH IT!! SAID I SHOULDNT HAVE TRUSTED THEM .. I kept going back because they had all my money an I don't have credit to go else where . Shkhdknt they have to help..I have 30 day/3000 mile 50/50 so what the hell does it cover then ??
