Troy Austin and Denise Whitney Fraudulent people Lie, Stea, conartistsl and cheat Ottawa Lake Michigan

I signed over my Belgian Malinois to these frauds because Troy Austin said he would not do police K-9 work. He promised to get me a fully trained German Shepherd in exchange that would perform duel purpose. He then placed the dog he told me would not work on Knox PA police department and they ended up returning the dog after a month because the dog was not trained. They lied to their community saying the dog had hip issues which he did not have. Troy is suppose to replace their dog with another one and has yet to honor the contract with them either.

They paid over $3000 for a dog to him. He is avoiding my calls now after claiming he had a dog for me and I was suppose to come there and train for 2 weeks with the dog and him. Denise Whitney is the person he claims now owns the kennel because of his scams being exposed by his wife. He claimed to be OPOTA certified but was using his deceaased fathers credentials. Now I am out a dog that I liked because of their lies and I have no replacement. Avoid these people at all cost.

They have changed business names serveral times and even moved to different states to try avoiding detection. They rent places then cannot pay for them and get evicted. They scammed Woodville, OH PD on an import dog that they didn't even pay for the full fee to the breeder in Belgium, have not provided all promised equiptment to the department and scammed Stryker PD too. They sell dogs they claim are medically vetted but provide no records. One department has 2 dogs with serious medical issues and 3 others have ubfinished dogs that he now refuses to go help them train yet claims to be their contracted trainer.
