On no! Appears the Dupuis' got sucked into buying those worthless Chase Bank accounts that no one else in the industry (with any sense) would touch.
They are actually filing suits on them in Texas and elswhere. Guess they need to learn the hard way those accounts are scum that was scrapped off the bottom of a dumpster. There are no valid documents Troy Capital can produce that will give them any validity. You cannot turn garbage into something valuable, especially when it stinks so bad.
If you are contacted or sued by Troy Capital, LLC, it's a no brainer to get their cases handled by local consumer law professionals. Do not allow these idiots to take a default judgment against you, especially with the total garbage they are trying to make money from. These amatuers will not fight, they are green, obviously have no clue about what they have or they would never have bought those trashy portfolios.

While name calling of a company only displays your intelligence. Debt buyers provide a valuable service to various financial industries. A persom with integrity wouldn't be contacted or sued by these companies because they would pay their outstanding obligations or at the very least make suitable arrangements with the original creditor prior to charge-off.
