TRS Recovery Services Checks never presented to the banks for collection but TRS says different? Ripoff Denver Colorado

I was contacted by my child's daycare service stating I had a return check for a check that was written 1 month previous to the date of the first event.

I was shocked and started the research immediately. After researching the last 9 months of my bank statements, I came up with nothing. I contacted TRS which stood by that story (my check bounced) but couldn't give me much information as to what bank stamped that check for NSF. I contacted my back again (this makes time #3) and they said there was no record of that check being submitted for payment nor have I had a check bounce with any company.

The money was available but for whatever the reason the only company stating otherwise is TRS. After doing some research on this company I found a lot of consumers feel like they are the victims here and that's why I decided to issue this report. The time of writing checks is over!

I sent a letter responding to this claim. I have no idea if my credit has been affected byt this situation as of yet BUT I'm watching and I will take this as far as it needs to go.

I will not be their victim. If it was my error I want to correct it but at this point I truly don't see how this is anyone's fault unless they are trying to rip people off!
