Tresor Rare, Ripoff Customer [dis]Service, Liars

AUTHOR: Sharon - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, April 16, 2018

The Resore Rare employee who insists that the horrible experience of one customer in one store is not indicative of the other Tresor Rare stores or grossly overpriced products, is luring in victims, just like I was lured off the street into their store, and into their net. When I cancelled and tried to return product, I was told that there is no refund. I was PRESSURED to buy, then once outside in fresh air, the customer's mind clears, they will return the product.

Tresor Rare from the TOP employees to the lowest know this. That is the real reason for the NO REFUND POLICY. It is a SCAM from top to bottom, from Hawaii to NYC. I was scammed with charges of $21,000. The Customer Service pass the victims from one trust pilot to another to another until most give up. If this "helpful" employee wants to give a refund for the unopened products, please contact me. It is a sick joke.

Same Experience, Different Store

AUTHOR: JTme - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 23, 2017

I was accosted with the same techniques by salespeople in a store in The Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.  I have never endured such high pressure sales tactics.  The salespeople flat-out lied and used some of the very same tactics described in this complaint.

I felt bullied, and felt like I was practically held captive in the store until I bought something.  It was a horrible experience.

Skin Supreme is no longer associated with Tresor Rare

AUTHOR: Tresor Rare - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, May 11, 2017

As of 2016, the store in question, "Skin Supreme" in New York (5th Av) has changed management and is no longer related to the Tresor Rare stores network.

Therefore, the customer service experienced there cannot be associated with Tresor Rare.

Tresor Rare does not endorse the practices used by "Skin Supreme" which does not comply with Tresor Rare's strict customer service and satisfaction agenda.

Clarification

AUTHOR: Tresor Rare - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, December 01, 2016

I would like to bring to your attention a very important detail that is not clear in this report. The complaint is about a specific location that sells Trésor Rare products, a store that is not directly connected to Trésor Rare.

Trésor Rare does not support the behavior of this store, and clients should not hold the company and its products accountable for this horrible shopping experience.

Trésor Rare's products are award winning perfumes and skin care products (Pure Beauty Awards 2015).

Do not let an incident in one store prevent you from using Trésor Rare products.
