tru pro national consumer network-real estate owned/governmment foreclsure properties keep taking money out of account that we have not authorized even after many phone calls internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Call to consumer resource network add from commercial on television about foreclosure listings and was told $1.00 was the cost several times during the conversation.  All of sudden on bank statement money is being taken out by Tru Pro.  try to find out who they are and get an 800  number.  Of course the usual bs and am am finally given a cancellation number but guess what it is taken out several more times.  More calls same bs over and over it goes.  unbelievable. 
Still no solution to the problem am waiting for the 3rd to see if money is withdrawn again.

Just for some clarity on this situation, Consumer Resource Network (CRN) and TruPro are not one and the same company. CRN works with prospective buyers to provide information as to properties that may be available for purchase and may at times recommend and act as a re-seller of our membership service to any consumer who they assess needs assistance in the process of purchasing a new home.

Here at TruPro we are a members only organization that works with prospective buyers as a turn-key resource to help them in the buying process. We offer many resources to help the prospective home buyer but these resources and any membership fee related to them would only be assessed to the consumer when they indeed opt in for the yearly or quarterly membership, having spoken with a TruPro account manager directly or through a CRN account manager who recommended and sold our services to their member directly. All members of the TruPro Home Buyers Club are made aware of the fees related to the specific programs that they want to opt in for.

If there is any question as to billing, our members have a dedicated team of consumer account managers that can work to clear up all matters quickly and work with our members to resolve the issue with the utmost expediency.
