TRUBUTE MASTERCARD - myImaginecard Switched companies and then they closed my account with out my knowledged and then they add fees and still trying to charge me fees on a closed accout they closed .. Knoxville, Tennessee

I had my imagine card for over 3 and half years. Never had any issues till 3 weeks ago. I was told they switched to my tribute company and was insured that everything would stay the same. I get my new card in the mail 2 weeks ago. Then I made a 612.46 payment on 8/19/09. Then a bought some things and then I made another payment of 300.00 on 8/24/09. Bought a few things not a lot. My limit is 750.00. So I get this letter in the mail from my tribute today 9/14/09. That they closed my account due to the economy being bad that they closed everyone's account ? Oh and by the way I have a balance of 759.71 ????? And I need to pay my minimal balance till it is paid off oh and the monthly fee will keep on charging me for till account is paid off. Like what the hell I never closed this account you did and your charging me fees for it ? How can a person pay on their account and trying to pay it off and they adding new fees every month ? Never get it paid off if go that route ? Not to mention claming I owe 759.71 ? This is a joke when asked for a corporate number oh they have none but have a address..... You know how that works send a letter they never get it or get it and gets pushed around the building then in the trash ;/.......Must think we are stupid. If I refuse to pay the card it gets put on my credit and ruins it............. What can be done I like to know. Anyone want to start a class action suit I am in. Call better business bureau ? File charges of fraud ? Sue?? Boycott them ? Not sure anything with work? Let me know.
