On 4 August 2017, I sat down with Tyler Moore, sales rep for Trucks and Moore, to order tires, wheels, leveling kit, and fender flares.  after picking out the modification parts, i was instructed that there would need to be a deposit before any work on the vehicle could began.  I allowed Trucks and Moore to withdraw 1500 dollars from my bank account to begin the work.  i was told the parts would be shipped to the shop in about 3-4 days.  I called on 10 August 2017 to see if all my parts had arrived.  i was informed that the parts had indead arrived and I could drop off my vehicle.  My truck was dropped off on 10 August 2017 at Trucks and Moore to have the parts installed.  my wife called the shop around 10 am on 11 August 2017 to check on my vehicle.  she was told the vehicle was no ready and some one would call when it was ready for pick up.  after work, my wife arrived at my home aournd 4pm that day and checked the voice mail.  there was a message from Trucks and Moore.  A representative left a message on my home phone to come pick up the vehicle.  the message also stated that Trucks and moore would not work on the vehicle and I would pick the truck up.  I arrived at the shop aournd 6pm.  I was told that I would not be getting a full refund.  Trucks and Moore also told me that they would not perform the work because of trust issues.  the cashier attemped to refund me a portion of my deposit.  I refused sign the refund reciept and disputed the particial transaction.  I eventually left the store with my vehicle and no refund.
