Trucks Only RIPOFF Dishonest NonProfessional Mesa Arizona

I recently looked at Trucks Only Website and found a truck I liked so I filed a online application and received a phone call stating that it was a green light and I need 1500.00 cash to seal the deal. I told the sales man DAN Dancho that I was not driving 250 miles for nothing he insured me this was a go ahead.

So I made the trip. Upon getting there the truck I wanted was no longer in the picture they wanted me to buy something they wanted to get rid of. Dont get me wrong nice truck. I looked the truck over it had a flat right front tire that could be fixed he said. Then to the inside the stereo stolen the plastic molding around the back of the seats cut and tore up. I proceeded to tell the sales man the truck aint worth 13,500.00. Imediataley they dropped the price to 10,500.00. I took the truck on a test drive and it rode nice.

So I went back and did the paper work signed all the papers that go along with buying a car. Called a insurance company and put insurance on my new truck. Got a big congrats from the finance manager and I was on my way. About 1hr after leaving and getting on the highway the motor started to surge like it wanted to die then comes the check engine light. I got home called the next day to let them know what was going on.

In the mean time waiting for a return phone call I decide to wash the truck finding out that the front rim is cracked so I call back again. They want me to take the truck get the seal on the window fixed get the motor checked and contact boyd coddington about the rim. Then they would reimburse me. Yeah right... Never got a return phone call. So I said hell with it and had it looked at. Got the window seal fixed and contacted the rim dealer. Put a thousand dollar stereo system in. I was all good by then.

Then comes the engine problem alot worse so I call back in this time Mr. Dancho says I will call you back we are still looking for financing for you. Oh now Im pist and fly off the handle at Dan Dancho. Nothing comes of this. So I get home from work and have my mother call to see what is the deal. The manager JAMIE cant handle the heat of a woman and tells her I dont need to deal with this and hangs up so now I get really pist. I proceed to call back and take to another MANAGER BILL..

I asked him why his management would hang up on a matter that is important and needs taking care of. He says they dont have to so I used a profanity word and he says I dont need your mouth and hangs up. I call back and sit on hold for 30 mins. Till another gentlemen by the name of Bill picks up this time it got talked out. So I took the truck back when I got there more problems they dont have my down payment and wont have it for two days. So I just drove 250 miles again and nothing good. So lets add this up first trip my dads truck 145.00 to get there and home the new truck oh they didnt fill it up and it was on dead E. So theres 60.00.

Then the trip for me to take the truck back 145.00 Dads truck 60.00 in the other. I bought a custom grill 130.00, headlights 50.00, K&N Filter System 220.00, Stereo system 1000.00. So added up thats a total of what 1760.00 dollars and I no longer have a down payment in my hand NO CAR cause I sold my other one, and tons of s**t for a 2002 Ford F-150. SO FOR ANYONE PLANNING ON USING TRUCKS ONLY DONT. They Have Nice Cars That Are Really Piece Of Sh**s.
