  True Auto sent my 82 year old, invalid mother (who hasn't owned a car in twenty years) stating that her car warranty has expired and if she would just call with all of her personal information they would protect her from further repair costs. The letter makes it seem imperative that she do this immediately or she will have huge repair costs if no action is taken. It was lucky she hasn't had a car in so long because if she did I am sure she would have called with all the information because she thought it was official and legitimate.
