True Science Holdings, LLC True Lines Distributing Company, WTF Wholesale, Todd Stefaniak, Scott Adcock stole millions from Veterinarians as WTF Wholesale and are now investing in online pharmacies. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! Daytona Beach, Florida

WTF Wholesale spent a year from July, 2010 to August 19th, 2011 stealing from hundreds of veterinarians to amass a multi-million dollar fortune.  Todd Stefaniak, the President of WTF,  ordered millions of dollars in Frontline Plus from vets and did not pay them for their orders.  On Friday, August 19th he closed his doors (claiming no money) and reopened on Monday, August 22nd as True Lines Distributing in the same building with the same employees.  He is currently being sued by more than 15 veterinarians.

Interestingly Todd is also involved in a company called True Science Holdings, LLC.  All Frontline Plus now shipped to True Lines is sent to the True Science address at 771 Fentress Blvd. in Daytona Beach.  The Manager of this company and it's sole officer is Vernon Hess, R.Ph. who is a retired pharmacist and knows absolutely nothing about this company other than Stefaniak paying him a bi-monthly salary.  He claims True Science is "Todd's company".

True Lines Distributing is not on the Florida Division of Corporations but True Science Holdings, LLC is and there is a cross reference address to True Lines.  True Science Holdings is a registered corporation in 8 states to date and all have Vernon Hess as the manager and the Fentress Blvd. address.  Scott Adcock is also involved in three True Science Ventures in Eagle, Idaho and has also stolen from Merial.  At www.truescience.com they claim to be building an online pharmacy.   A recent influx of money into the True Science Holdings, LLC in Eagle Idaho in the amount of $2 million dollars may indicate where the stolen money from veterinarians actually is.
