Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was awarded 10 Tracks from Cds on this site. Only 8 actually worked. When you try to contact their customer service team called Neuroticmedia.com they are nop help and have no phone to help you get all your songs. It is almost impossible to find their site and then trying to download is a joke. I will stay with Napster or Amazon for all music. I only went to this site for ("so called") free songs I won from Stouffers dinner club. No more... very disappointed consumer. :(

SOLUTION: I received 15 free downloads from True Trax and a couple of the songs I selected also did not download. However, I discovered you can go to the "My History" link and re-download the tracks for free (without it counting as another download).
