I placed an initial order for a free government phone with True Wireless on the 31st of December 2016 and immediately received an confirmation email, telling me that the phone would be shipped within 10 business days. That was not true! I then decided to follow up a few weeks later and got no response. I followed up again yesterday and was finally given the tracking number that hasn't been updated at all! The USPS is STILL waiting to get the package from these liars and they haven't sent anything. I'm guessing it's because these ghetto hood rats don't have any cell phones to give out to those in need. They'll rather lie to you rather than being professional and honest and coming right out and admitting that they're crappy and don't care!

Dispute the item with the 3 credit bureaus

You can usually do this online. Dispute the item with the 3 credit burears: Trans-Union, Equifax and Experion. If the alleged creditor does not respond, the item will be removed from your reports. Also, you are allowed one free credit report per year, online. I suggest pulling your credit report to make sure there is nothing else on there that shouldn't be. You might be able to dispute the item this way.
