trueaccessory.com Defective, false advertising Internet
Upon purchasing an advertised lifeproof case for my iphone 4s, it took more than a month to receive my item and only after a followup email request was sent (without response). Upon receiving the product, it was found to be NOT new, it did not come in a box, with any paperwork. It was defective. All the buttons (home button, volume buttons) were defective (didn't work well), the volumn switch was defective and broken in 2 days, and no one could hear me talk (microphone input was somehow defective). I had a lifeproof case before this, and it was great, so I knew this was a knock-off product. Unfortunately, after checking their website on returns, they list the lifeproof cases can not be returned for ANY reason! Obviously this is a rip-off tactic! BUYER BEWARE! Do not purchase from them!
