Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We ordered an electric tricycle on the Internet from the truebicycles.com and they did not pack it at all!!It arrived very late and damaged. We called them but we were informed that it is our fault.
How can it be our fault that they did not pack the electric trike at all?
All of the other sellers pack their trikes so why could not these people at truebicycles do that??
NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.....NEVER......
GO WITH A COMPANY WHO DIRECT SHIPS THEIR TRCYCLE FROM THEIR OWN LOCATION!

This report is totally bogus and false. We do not know who posted it. Our trikes are shipped direct from our facility and insured against damage with the trucking company. We ship the trikes boxed on a specialy made pallet for safty. If a trike is deliverd damaged all a cistomer would have to do is refuse delivery with the trucking company.
