I ordered a free sample of eye cream and of anti aging cream from an advertisement on the internet. Paid 4.95 and 6.98 shipping on Feb 3, 2017. Today I was charged 87.47 for eye cream and 87.47 for anti aging cream.
I called the comany listed on my bank account and it was GRODIET (888-775-4685) and ATOP EYESERUM (888-774-6791). Called customer service and RUDE lady stated I ordered the products through the website. Tried to explain it was through an advertisement and she argued that it was the websie. Stated she had been there seven years and nothing had changed. I told her I would like their address as I want to file a complaint with the FBI for internet fraud. I was told they do not have an address.
