Truffoire Giovanni They high pressured me into buying a $10,000.00 line of cosmetics that I knew I could not afford. Kihei Hawaii

This person (Giovanni) literally took credit cards out of my hand and started charging this product.  I told him that my higher balance card was back at my hotel but he insisted in charging different cards.  When I got back to my hotel I knew that I could not afford this and felt stupid that I allowed him to get me to buy this product line.  

When I called that afternoon, I told him to cancel the order because it was way out of my budget.  He then told me that is not refundable and that he told me that at the time of purchase.  HE  did not tell me that.  However, sure enough, the receipt did say that.

I felt helpless and even asked him what about the three day recision law for a large product.  He emphasized that it was not refundable.

I felt that I could do nothing at that point and started using the line.  In less than a week, my face swelled up.  I took a picture and sent it to Giovanni.  There was not response.  I called him several times and he answered only once.  He told me he would call me back the next day but he did not.  I finally reached out to the company Truffoire and after several calls and emails, the pressured Giovanni's company to do something about it.  The ended up giving me a partial refund.  When I talked to Giovanni's store manager over the phone, and she pretty much told me to take it or leave it. 

I am still upset that I was stupid enough to fall for thier line of crap.  They are very high pressurre at that store.  Giovanni even told me that he does facials for well known stars and he said specificially that Oprah was a client of his.

I am not done with this.  I am going to try to reach out to law authorities in Hawaii to see if I can pursue this.
