I was also riped-off like many others on this site. I did the free trial of the Ultra Burn PM, NOT knowing that I would be automatically signed up for their website, or for autoship.

Now the first charge was only 4.87 that was for the shipping of the free, trial. Which it is also says, "PM LOSE Weight Guaranteed!" Well I didn't lose ANY weight, as a matter of fact I gained!!!

Now on February 13th I was charged 28.97 and it said "ecurves"?? I didn't know what that was, and I had NOT received anything via snail mail, or e-mail. Now I tried to look this up on www.google.com and if you plug in ecurves NOTHING comes up. I wanted to see what this was, if it was a mistake or something I really knew about. When I didn't get anywhere, I tried the # that showed on my bill. GUESS WHAT? It is a fax machine!! I couldn't get ahold of a PERSON.

Finally I get through by researching this on the Better Business Bureau. By this point on February 21st I was charged 46.90 for ULBURN PM, and of course another bottle shows up. As soon as that bottle showed up I wrote, refused Return to Sender and sent it right back. On March 3rd I was finally able to get ahold of someone and I told them I wanted my money back for the UL BURN PM, that I sent it back, unopened in its original package and all. And that I didn't know what ecurves was to give me my money back for that and cancel EVERYTHING.

I spoke to LISA who told me that they could NOT refund my money. That is against their policy. She said that they can NOT take back the pills because it is illegal. I called her on that, and told her it is NOT illegal. It may be a company policy but it is NOT a law. MOST company's that I have dealt with will even take back the UN-used portion!!

She said, well we don't! I of course argued with her but didn't get anywhere. I told her that if it isn't safe for them to receive then what makes it safe for them to send it to all of us? If it is safe enough to put their name on it and send it out to us, then they should be able to take it back!! That was clearly a LIE! I bet they have had someone tamper with the merchandise just out of sheer anger because of the way they handle things!
Now I asked about the ecurves, and she told me that was their website. That I should have received information on that. I said, "I did not receive any information, and I couldnt' even find the site!! Let alone if I had I had no username, no password nothing to use it." I wanted my money back since I wasn't able to use it, and of course I NEVER ORDERED it in the first place!! She once again refused. She (Lisa) actually told me, "it is a good thing you called today because you can at least use the site for a week before it is cancelled and get your money's worth!!" She then continued to tell me, "you never know one of the recipes you get off the site could win you a contest." She gave me a username and password so that I could use the site before it was cancelled.
I then asked to speak to a manager. I explained that I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't order, besides I wasn't able to use the website so I wasn't paying for something I had NO access to. She again says, we do not give refunds. Sorry.

I said, FINE just give me a confirmation # that both are cancelled. At this point I could tell I wasn't going to get anywhere. They clearly were NOT worried about having satisfied customers.

I was already planning in my head to go to the Better Business Bureau, and my bank about the fraudulent charges. I was given TWO confirmation #'s, one from the manager and one from Lisa.

I thought that would be the end of it, and that I would eventually get the rest of my money back through these other means.

I was wrong. On March 13th I was charged another 28.97 from ecurves!! I couldn't believe it, after the long and frustrating conversation I had on the 3rd (just one week ago) they are charging me AGAIN. I have a confirmation # here, HOW can they do this?

Well, again I can't get back in touch with them. The #'s seem to constantly change and so I can not get to a person. It is either fax, or wrong # or something.
When I finally get through I asked to speak to a manager, this time I spoke to Cody! He tells me again, that they can NOT refund my money. That Lisa told me that I had to go to the website to cancel, that they can not cancel it FOR me. And if I didn't follow the instructions that is NOT their fault.

I WAS NEVER told that!! I was told, that "at least you have a week to use it before it is cancelled." Doesn't that sound like it has been taken care of? Besides I have a confirmation #!!!!

I asked to speak to someone higher then him, and he tells me there is NO one else. I said fine give me the # to someone else then, if there is no one else in the office at that time. He said he can't do that. I asked for the owners name, and he says sorry we can not give that out. Why would an owner NOT want to be known? Because he can't stand behind his practices and his products!!!! Cody gave me a PO BOX that I could write to but NO name, I am supposed to just put OWNER on the top!!
What a joke!

So I got no where again! This company clearly doesn't know ANYTHING about business. They may be making some money right now, but they don't realize that they are going to LOSE it all very soon. You will NEVER have repeat customers, and everything you read (if you are a true business person, which we all know by these practices you are NOT) that negative feedback gets repeated 3 or 4 times as much as a positive experience!! So you won't get many NEW ones either! So eventually you will run out of a market at this rate.

Now I don't plan on allowing you to get to that point, and I have a feeling many others won't either. Because a class action lawsuit will be on the burner in the near future and everything that you are STEALING from us right now will be forced back!! So you will lose in the long run!
Do you realize you are taking from college students, from veterans, disabled ones at that. Because I am a veteran that served in the Iraq war for 6 months, and I am currently on disability. I am on a fixed income and you are stealing from me!

What kind of company does that?
I have filed multiple complaints through the Better Busines Bureau and will continue to file until there is resolution.

I am also contacting the Attorney General in Utah about them.

Furthermore I have contacted 60 minutes, Good Morning America, the New York Post, and BBC. I will contact even more though. I contacted these FIRST because on your site you claim that your products or company was featured on them!! THEY WERE NOT THOUGH>

This is false advertisement! Only 60 minutes did a story and it was NOT on YOUR products it was on a plant in Africa called Hoodia. It doesn't support how you make your product, what else is in it, as a matter of fact they didn't know about this company or their products! So that is another legal problem I seen on the horizon for you!!

I will take great pleasure in purusing this FULL time, since I am on disability I have NOTHING else to do with my time. I will just take this on!!
Thanks.
