Trulia Is a Rip Off On Leads/Referrals Leads / Referral San Francisco, CA California

Trulia promised to deliver an approximate number of leads/referrals based on the percentage of exposure from marketing within my zip code.  They also required a 6 month contract.  I was wary of the 6 month contract because from past experience, nothing good ever happens from being in a contract.  The agent promised I would get good leads/referrals.  The agent promised they were real leads or referrals.  For 4 months straight, I never received a single good lead/referral.  I didn't even receive the approximate number of leads/referrals promised.  And the problem was you can't cancel.  So you keep paying for something that you're not receiving. 

It is true, you do get the marketing exposure but what good is the marketing if the exposure is only to a bunch of uninterested parties or parties who provide false information? For that kind of marketing, it's a waste of money and time.  Most of the time, the leads were incorrect contact information or the contact information didn't produce responses.  And if there were responses, the people were not transaction ready nor did they have interest in buying or selling real estate.  They were just perusing with no intent to buy or sell.

Don't waste your money.  It's a scam to take your money.  They make it a contract so you are bound to pay, even if their service sucked.

I would be glad to join any class action lawsuit.  I was cheated and am very dissatisfied.
