I ordered some K-9 Advantix (a flea killer/preventative) on April 14th. After being told it takes 1-2 days to process order and 8-15 days to receive package I had ordered. The form states they will email you when it ships and you can check the shipping status online. After 2 weeks and several requests about where my flea medicine was they finally told me there was a stock problem. They assured me it was in and they would mail it the next day, then the next, the next, so on til another week has passed.

   When I checked the status it was still being processed. Again I emailed and they said it was a delay in posting but it had shipped Friday and would be updated first thing Monday. Well, again nothing. I again asked where and they said it was not updated as they were awaiting a tracking number. Now it did finally say shipped but of course there is no tracking number so I have to assume it never really shipped and they just changed status to shipped to shut me up. Now the wait time has increased for the arrival also and they say please allow 18 business days til it arrives.

   I may receive the flea medicine come winter if I'm lucky.

   They also sent me a coupon code to use to apply to the next order as an apology and a chance to improve there services but when I went to the site to enter the code and see what amount the discount was there was no place to enter a coupon code. I went through the complete checkout upto the final page where you submit once as this final click charges you.

I ordered a prescription for my daughter's acne medication on August 9, 2011.  Payment came out of my account on August 10, 2011 and then I was told I had to have her prescription faxed so I had her Doctor's office fax to the number provided on-line on August 12, 2011.  I had to call several times and make several emails trying to confirm the order that said it was in the process.  I finally received a partial order from Germany no tracking information.    I'm trying to call for the rest of my order but they will not answer my phone calls.    Please note this company is a problem.  DO NOT USE THEM.  They go through Wilson Pharmacy out of Port Coquitlam, BC.

Frustrating process, but resolved and possibly will order again

June 2011 was my first time ordering from trumedcanada. I did finally receive the K9 Advantix after a whole month and am pleased to say it is working.

Part of the delay was their fault and part mine, because I was busy moving my child away to college and chose to haggle a deal with customer service by email.  The 1-800 customer service line was not helpful. They offered to fulfill my order with brand name medication instead of the generic for $25 more. I did not like that at all because the items were listed as "in stock" when I placed the order.  

 I was extreemely frustrated in the slow response from the company.   I did not feel comfortable at all in how they chose to do business.  I requested a phone call from customer service and never received one, nor had all my questions answered.  I did not feel comfortable authorizing additional charges over a email, which  would then incurr another foreign currency fee.  Yet still they didn't call.   

 When I placed the order it took 2 days for a confirmation email to arrive, which highly concerned me.  Everything looked fine at that time.  I ordered six month supply of generic k9 advantix product for 4 dogs. As per other reports, there was no tracking number because I chose the cheapest shipping..ground.  A whole 8 days after ordering I was informed it was not in stock.   I was able to save $10 by communicating through email than over the phone. However, it took 17 days and 9 emails after my initial order date before I decided to accept their offer. 

I doubt I'd ever order medicines for myself from this site, but I may order again for the advantix.  Maybe order during off season and hopefully they will have it instock. I don't feel this company is a ripoff, just not very efficient. I consider them reliable since I did eventually receive my product. Their customer service has much to be desired.

Exact thing happen to me!

The same exact thing happened to me.  They said they shipped it June 1 and gave me a tracking number.  They say based out of Canada, when I contacted the USPS with the tracking number they provided me, it was somewhere in Germany.  These people are scam artist and please do not order from them!  They provide one story after the other!  I will be contacting paypal to see if there is any recourse on the money they took.
