Trupanion Unrealistic Activation Seattle Washington

After paying almost 4,000.00 for my new puppy I was to have him checked by my vet within 24 hours of receipt which I did. After vet check the paperwork was faxed to Trupanion the same day within 1n hour of getting home at approx 6pm.

The server was down later that night and the next day so I tried to email the activation form back complted that had been sent the day my local server was down.

The form was not accepted and the rational was that it was not done immediately. This was done the next day as soon as the server was working.

It is highly unrealistic to expect people to sit up at their computer 24/7 and expect a reply after faxing the required form to Trupanion. They don't even accept that the completed activation was done within 48 hours, which is when the server was back online and I got home from work.
