Sounded like a good deal. Chance to rebuild my credit and recieve a visa card with a $2000.00 credit line. $299.00 gamble. Money was transfered out of my account on 12/15/03 and still have not recieved even as much as a postcard. Spent hours and hours trying to get through to the Customer Service Center. Finally got throug and told there was a delay of a few days. waited another week and still nothing.

Again told their was another delay for another week. I asked for a refund since I hadn't recieved anything and I was told that there are NEVER refunds ever given. (Spoke with Jennifer). I asked to speak with a managment represenative and she said she was the manager. She got very very very hatefull. Still have nothing. I have contacted the consumer fraud division and the FBI and filed a complaint for interstate wire fraud. It may not help but I either want the service they offered or my money back. NEVER DO BUSINESS with a telemarketer.
