To Whom I May Concern,

I have been disabled since October 15, 2008. Due to serious medical conditions that do not allow me to work out anymore, as expected, my muscles have atrophied. My strength is completely disappearing and I am terrified that someday I will be in a wheelchair.

I was looking up solutions to this problem hoping to find a product that would help me gain back at least some of my strength  using minimal physical movement. On or about February 24, 2016 I found the Try Nitric Storm company and their two web sites: http://nitricstorm.org/ and http://maximumtest.net/ I believe through an online sports magazine I was reading. As I read the reports of other customers it seemed I had found what I had been looking for. Other so-called-users claimed that even keeping you normal activity you would gain strength and some mass. They also spoke of working out heavily would obviously increase muscle mass as well. So in my hope of having these two products (NitricStorm and MaximumTest) help me I placed an Internet order for both of them through the websites I have listed.

The product arrived in a very short time and I began the same night they came since the directions said to take two Maximum Test pills at night before bed and two Nitric Storm pills in the morning.

Well it is now March 28, 2016 and I used the products with no results at all. I even used two 3 lb. weights to try and work on my arms strength.

Today, March 28, 2016 I received an email from my credit card company with the link to my monthly statement. When I logged in I saw two charges once form TRYMAXIMUMTEST SA for $94.60 and one from WWW.TRYNITRICSTORM.COM for $94.67 (BTW it is their own capitals letters not mine).

I then called the company and asked about these charges, stating I did not want any more of their product. I was then told that the two charges were for the “Trial Products”. Now I had already paid for the shipping and was under the impression that the “Trial” was just that and that you would be charged if you wanted more of their product. When I stated this to them they said that she could only give me a 35% discount of if I ordered more of their products. I again explained that since it did nothing why would I want more and ask if I could at least get a discount on what they sent. She then stated that it was past the 14 day trial period. I was confused since I did not notice any 14-day trial listed on their website. She said there was nothing she could do to me.

My issue is being completely disabled, living on a limited income, trying a product in all hopes of hope to gain something to remedy my problem, and then using their products with no results was bad enough. But then having to pay $189.27, of which I thought was a free trial, as listed on their web sites, and finding out they will do nothing for me is quite upsetting.

Is there anything your company or some other organization can do to help resolve this situation? Please I am truly disgusted and very upset over this and any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.

God Bless,

Dennis
