I read about a 14 day trial offer for Excel Garcinia & Excel Body Slim. Just pay for the shipping. Cool! So I ordered these items. Was charged for the shipping. The 14th day was 05-08-2017 that was today. I looked at my bank statement and saw that I was charged for the order. No where was it stated that I neededâ to cancel this order before the 14th day. When I called the number on my bank statement was told that they couldn't refund the charges. Called the bank, they told me to ask company to refund the charges. Called company again, this time I got a very rude, stubborn "customer care specialist". She refused to transfer me to a supervisor and said the supervisor was busy. I called my bank again asking to dispute the charges. Said I'd have to wait until it posted to my account. Called the company a 3rd time again getting a different rude, stubborn "customer care specialist" and was again told they couldn't refund the product and again refused to let me talk to a supervisor. By The way, I will say the 1st time I called the company, the "customer care specialist" was nice but still told me that the charges could not be refunded. Now, how is this possible since I called within the "14 day trial offer period"? Between the two companies, yes, two different companies, with two different phone numbers and two different websites, I was charged $175+change. The offer said "14 day trial offer just pay shipping" which I had no problem with. But when on the 14th day of my free trial offer I was charged. There was nothing in anything I read about having to cancel before the 14th day of a 14 day free trial offer. That would make it not a 14 day offer and false advertising. If it sounds like a good deal, don't believe it. I as many others were fooled.
