Trymedia real digital entertainment, 11 year old boy left out of pocket and with no game, Internet

My 11year old boy found a game on the internet that he wanted, but the game could only be downloaded, so he asked me to get it for him, i paid by visa as we live in New Zealand, After paying i was able to download the game for him, { 18 wheels of steel bundle } { $50 including insurance } Once the game was downloaded he started to play it.

One part of the game would not run { convoy }. So i sent Trymedia a email asking for there help, it took 8 days befor i herd back from them, i did everything that they told me to do, including rechecking that my computer can run the game which it can, deleting & redownloading the game, still it will not work.

I have been trying to contact trymedia for the past 4 weeks to get my $$$ back or to get them to send it to me on disc.
But not a word, Now my 11year old has been left upset, and me without anything to show for my $50.

Shame on you trymedia......
