trymedia.com Trymedia.com rips people off and doesn not provide any tech support or customer service San Francisco, California

   Through aol games I purchased the game Heavy Weapon Delux from games.com.  I was able to pay for, download and install the game.  This is where the issues began.

   I am unable to launch the game.  I went to trymedia.com's help/support page and was unable to find any instructions how to rectify my problem.  I did everything their page suggested to no avail.

   I first contacted them with my issues and the reply email I got stated that I would get a response email in 24-72 hours.  Well that was over 10 days ago without one response from trymedia.com.  In the ensuing 10 days I have sent 5 emails to them explaining my situation and have yet to recieve any replies. 

   The company only offers a refund during the first 48 hours after purchase so now I'm screwed.  I can't get my money back and the site seems incapable or unwilling to help me or address my issue at all.  This is possibly one of the worst sites that I have purchased something from and I will never give them any business ever again.
