This company took $249 from my checking account.

My wife and I had no previous dealings with this company. We had never heard of them until their name showed up on our bank statement.

When we try to call them, we get told that the money was for services rendered. When we tell them that we've never had any services, they take our number and tell us that they will call us back. That never happens.
