I received a call on 1/22/03 offering a unsecured master card with a $2000.00 limit. They debited $249.00 (one time processing fee) from my checking acct on 1/24/03. The sales rep I talked to was Manuel Martinize. Well on 2/26/03 I received my bank statement and there was a company called ICA-new horizon EFT that debited $7.95 from my acct on 1/30/03. I called my bank right away and put a stop payment for these people.

I had a funny feeling that they were involved with Ameriplan financial. I tried to find them on the internet and came accrossed the info that they are a scam company. I have been trying to call all possible numbers I have for this company and cannot get an answer from any of the numbers. Obviously these scumbags are targeting people with bad or no credit. I am one of them unfortunetly. It is just so sad that there is so many evil people in this world today. These people need to make an honest living like everyone else in the world and stop stealing from hard working people.

I will continue to make every complaint I can to as many people I have to and have something done about this sad situation. I am one of those mean people normally who hang up on telemarketers-soliciters and I never give out my info overthe phone because of this but the one time I thought I could try to help myself rebuild credit, and I got screwed big time. I hope somewhere in the near future something is done abut these people and a class action lawsuit will be involved.

This company lied and stole money that does not belong to them. and for everyone out there that this happened to, belive me this scum company will sell your information to other companies and they will also make unauthorized debits to your accounts so PLEASE watch you statements or be smart and close out your account AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Will everyone please please get involved so we can get a lawsuit against this d**n company. I am sorry to everyone out there they fell for this scam as I did.
