I recieved a postcard in the mail from TS card Benefits saying I was guaranteed an unsecured MasterCard with a credit limit of $4,000.00.
This was a Gold card with no interest until 2003. I called the toll free number on the card (1-877-276-9096) and I was told I would recieve the card in 2-3 weeks for $249.00 which was promptly electronically withdrawn the next day, September 4, 2002.
A free satellite dish & reciever and a no cost cellular phone was to be included free.
It is now, November 5, 2002 and all I have gotten is excuses and lies. It takes all day to get through to them.
You get a busy signal all day. The only way I can get through is by sitting with the phone and hit redial every few seconds.
They give you a website so you can track your "package" and it redirects you to a different site of NorthStar Financial because of invalid login.
If this company isn't a scam, it is the worst example of a company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.
