TS Luxury Group Theft of $999.00 provided no services over a ten month period Jerry refused phone calls but strung along by office Lake Worth, Florida

Jerry cold called asking to sell my timeshare.  Explained previous problems with Premier Timeshare Solutions, he claimed they were a ripoff but his company was legit and he had a buyer for my timeshare.  This happened in November and was supposed to settle in January.  I had lost my job and ended up losing my home.  Have been requesting money back since June (they only provided excuses not services).  I never could speak with Jerry again but customer service said that my money would be returned if I contacted them on June 18th.  Date came and went with no refund.  Have sent numerous e-mails, letters with copy of "contract" and phone calls to no avail.  There was an absolute date of September 9th in the contract and have still had no response.  Called today, surprise surprise, phone was disconnected.  Under no circumstances believe nothing these people say, they are total crooks.  They prey on people in need and are complete sociopaths (take your money and never look back).
