Tsassets Tom and Pam Bunch of Crooks Didn't pay Fort Myers Florida

I am  a contact inspector for Banks on Real estate , pretty much a glorified picture taker .  I work for several Company's,  I began working for these folks and the very first day of work they asked me to drive way out of my area to take care of jobs that were way over due.  I agreed . 

 After the first day Pam the area manager was complaining about all the over due jobs that were still in that area , she said they were going to have to pay to fly someone to Texas from wherever and pay for Hotel so they could get the jobs cleaned up . Now this is not my area , this is an area that is a one hour drive from my home ,   I told her that if they could pay me at the end of the week ( instead of the usual 30 days out ) that I would go back to that area for two more days and do as many jobs as possibe . 

I completed 39 inspections in the area , that paid 9.00 each , they deposited 100.00 in my account and said that they also sent a check . I waited all week for the check while doing other jobs for them in my home area .  At the end of the week the check didn't come and they called and asked me when I was going to do more work . 

 I told them that I could not afford to keep paying for gas at 2 or 3 hundred miles a day untill I got paid for the out of area jobs, that is why i made that arangment . 

 Pam then tells me that she was mistaken and there is no check in the mail , and they will not pay me for the work I did untill I do ALL the jobs in that area.  I told her that was not the arangment we had made and she pretty much blew me off . 

This all took place during Christmas and I spent money out of my pocket on expenses that I could have spent on presents for my 8 year old daughter and grand kids , I was trying to be helpfull by going out of my way to help and got screwed .  Now they will not answer my emails at all and I am sure they think they are out of reach in Florida and I am in Texas. I am not sure if its even worth going after them and dealling with the stress ,  Do not work for these people .
