I placed an order for a hoodie with Tshirtsville in mid-March, the price being around $50. I did not expect instant shipping, as their fine print states it could take two or three weeks for them to ship, but after that amount of time had passed and I did not receive an 'order shipped' email, I began to wonder what was going on. Soon I was emailed and informed that a shipment from their supplier was taking longer than expected and it might be another couple of weeks. After THAT time had passed, I asked them where my hoodie was and was told there would be even further delays. This went on for a while.

By the first week of May, I asked if I could change my order to a different shirt and receive a refund for the price difference. They sent this partial refund fairly quickly and a few days later sent an email stating that they had sent my shirt. About two weeks later, almost THREE MONTHS to the day since I placed my original order, I finally received the shirt - only to discover that they had sent one that was two sizes larger than what I had asked for.

I emailed them and told them I'd like to return it, and that I would like a full refund plus 3 extra for the return postage, since it was their fault I had to make the return and I shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes. They did not respond for a few days, so I re-sent the message. Today I received an email giving a return address, plus the message "Please can you enclose a brief note explaining stating what you have written below, and please make sure you include the order number. Best regards, Jim." After reading other reports of people returning shirts to this company and never receiving their refund, I sent them an email stating that I would not return it until I was refunded in full and sent the extra postage money. We'll see what happens. I guess if worst comes to worst, I can always try to resell the shirt on eBay...

After a lot of trouble, everything finally ends well.

After a day or two of waiting, the company actually did respond and refund my money! I must admit I was a little surprised, but it seems perhaps their business methods are improving after their issues in the past. So, all in all this was much more trouble than it was worth, BUT I am very happy that Tshirtsville ultimately did the right thing. :)
