I paid 400 dollars in appraisal fee for a poor job done. The woman was very rude and cost me in getting a loan that would have saved me thousands of dollars in future loan savings. My house is 193 square feet larger than a home down the street My lot is a lot bigger and has many upgrades including a matching shed and colored patio with a beautiful overhang with fountains in the backyard and french doors in the house!
