TSP Travel Hotels-and-Discounts.com No customer service, over charged me almost 800.00, lied about giving me the govt rate (I was on military orders during my stay) Internet

Do not use Hotels-and-Discounts.com. I called the reservations number on the Residence Inn website and it was actually TSP Travel or Hotels-and-Discounts.com. I am an active duty member of the Army and had to make a last minute reservation when my company decided to send me to a 4-week training in another state. TSP travel assured me that I was getting the government rate so I pre-paid the reservation and my credit card was immediately charged $3,382.68. I was being charged $104 a night plus taxes. When I checked out the receipt from Hampton Inn shows that I was only charged  $2698.36 at a rate of $85 per night.

So TSP Travel charged me $3,382 but Hampton Inn says my stay only cost $2,698.36.

I have tried to contact TSP Travel but after a month of calls and emails I have not gotten any response and the phone line is only for making reservations. Zero customer service. Hampton Inn has been completely unhelpful as well. When I ask them about the $684 discrepancy in the receipts they claim that the reservation was made through expedia.com and they cannot do anything about reservations made on-line.
