Tsrtxt (www.tsrtxt.com) aka Treasure Text Treasure text, www.tsrtxt.com scammed by tsrtxt (treasure text)... California

Went to pay my monthly cell phone bill and it was $10 more than it should have been. Rep told me it was from a company treasure text , which is aka tsrtxt.  Told me their website was www.tsrtxt.com. The rep gave me their phone number 800-214-3078. I called and was given shady answers. No one could give me a clear answer why I was charged. Oh it was an advertisement or something I was told. So I did some research online and found they text from #22975 and sure enough I went to my texts and found a text from that #. It was some service that gives tips on cell features but the tips weren't even valid or correct lol.

Anyway I never even signed up for them. They charged 10 for these two tips? Amusing. And since I never signed up, I wanted to know how I got scammed. They were hesitant. They said that I cannot speak to owner, they would not give me their address. I want to take them to court and report them! No address yet they'll take my money?! Hmm scam! And pure shadiness. Beware if you get a text from them..you're getting charges. They are just taking random cell phone numbers and sending texts. Or they're putting an ad in an app and if you accidentally click on it, you're charged. Bc I never agreed to be charged for anything!! Ever.

I'd never have agreed to even 10 cents let alone 10 dollars. I have never purchased an app or even made a long distance call or anything. Now I'm furious bc if they did it to me, just think how many others they're doing it too. No one is voluntarily paying for this service. They'd have to be nuts to.  Just look on their website and you'll see. Would u pay for that? And they're scanning others as we speak. Theft. I am going to make sure I take them to court and be prosecuted for this! And I bet you they will change their company name after this report and change their website too and of course their texting number. What a joke.....
