TUFF SHED BUYER BEWARE!!! Lying salespeople. Littleton Colorado

SCAM! First off the four day delivery is a lie it took them over three weeks to deliver the shed. It took them over a week to install it correctly. Best of all when you order something they deliver something totally different and charge you extra for it. We ordered custom doors for our doggie doors to be installed easily. So our working dogs can have a warm place in the winter. The salesperson walked us around and showed sheds and different types of doors. He showed us a house door that would work perfectly for dog doors. But told us they were extra so we paid extra. But never got the doors instead we got the standard doors that don't fit the doggie door and now we have to pay every time we want to install a new doggie door. Because they require special installation. When we called and talk to the owner (Greg) he said he didn't really care what the salesperson told us. He told us to live with it or return it. How are you supposed to return a tuff shed? Especially since we wanted it as soon as possible because we were building the kennels around it and had a ready paid for the kennels to be installed and they were attached to the shed. He told us he could replace it with the more expensive shed because the extra doors that we purchase didn't fit the shed, we had.  I really wish the salesperson would've told us that. But I guess all he cared about was making a sale. We asked them to discount the shed appropriately. He said it wasn't going to happen. So we disputed the extra charge with our credit card company they totally agreed with us and  refunded part of the money.  So what does Tuff Shed do they put it on my husband's credit report. my husband has a perfect credit score except this charge. A week ago I called corporate to complain a lady in customer service named Amber said that she would forward it to the general manager and the corporate office and somebody would call me back that day. Today a week later Mark called me back from billing saying that I needed to pay the collection. I told him that they did not deliver what they promised but he really didn't seem to care I guess that's just the way touch it does business. We paid for something but got something completely different and they wanted us to pay more to get exactly what we ordered. Definitely think twice before making a purchase from them. Buyer beware!!!
