I took my truck to harris tire for a front end alignmentand they told me I needed a pinion arm an idler arm and new shocks. I ageeded to have the work done even though I thought  the price was a lttle high. I have a large truck. The price was almost 1400 dollars. While the truck was there I asked them to see where I was leaking water. They called me and said it was my intake manifold gasket.I asked if they were sure because the truck was running fine. They assured me they were 100% sure that was the problem, another 1200 dollars. When I got my truck back I noticed the next day that I still saw water leaking from my truck. I took my truck back and they said that I needed a water pump. I said you installed the wrong part.The manager said he saw the gasket and it was bad,which is inside the motor and not visable.So he told me to pick up a water pump and they would put it in fo free. I got the water pump and went there to have it installed.When i showed up for the repair the manager had the day off and they refused to put it in for free, like they had said,another 350 dollars.  So I felt like I had been screwed.

The front end never seamed right and was eating tires,                               

Most shops won't work on a truck the size of mine and I had to go back there recently for a fuel issue . The temp gauge was going up and down ,the connection was bad because they had broke it the first time,which will send afalse signal to the computer and shuts down the fuel to the motor. Of course they said i needed a fuel pump,1000 dollars.Three weeks later the temp gauge is doing the same thing and the motor is cuttig off. Hey they found the problem! The same connection they had broke earlier!
They put the frontend together wrong also  Do not trust this shop or tune up plus
