Ad Blaster Tunzaproducts Inc Message Board BlasterJoe Manning, Support ripoff I ordered Ad Blaster for $29.95. I used it. It was not what they advertised. I requested a refund and they flatly refused El Paseo Palm Desert California

I purchased the Ad Blaster and Message Board Blaster, both which are equally useless, Message Board Blaster was totally useless I requested a refund and got it. I went to post my message on these so-called message boards, which he created by the way and no one uses. My messages were about 100 lines long. His board could only hold 17 lines. The messages could not be fully displayed. The program was useless to me. He told me he was giving me a full refund and said: PLEASE REMOVE THE SOFTWARE FROM YOUR PC AT ONCE. CONTINUED USE OF THE SOFTWARE WILL RESULT IN A REVERSAL OF THIS TRANSACTION.
I removed the software and when I looked at my bank statement, I didn't recieve a credit. I contacted him and he sent me this nasty message:

This is a valid charge, I let you slide on the messageboard software, but you cannot purchase software and services, receive them, and claim a refund.
Especially when refund policies are noted on the website.
We will not be issueing a refund.
If you try to dispute or deny a valid charge, you will be sent an invoice for the disputed amount by regular postal mail.

Copies will be also sent to your bank and credit card company. Proof of usage of our software, with IP address, email address, and times of usage.
All information obtained will be reported to the shared database of negative customer information managed by ChargebackBureau.org If you do not pay the invoice within 30 days , your file will be forwarded to collection agencies, and the incident(s) will be reported to all major credit bureaus.

I then said "what the heck 29 bucks ok. I went to download the software again, after all, I paid for it, and there is a nast message that pops up; YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED FROM THIS SITE. Now I'm out $29.95 and I don't have the program. never buy anything you have to use on the internet. This guy is a totally creepy little man. A cheap SOB thief.
