in the year 1996. i loaned panther moutain pavers owend by clarence t.peck the sum of 50,000 dollars. every since i loan the money to him he avoid me . i offerd payment arraigment he refussed. i took him to court one a judgement and won.

he still refuse to pay staten he dosent have any employment his bussness not maken money. i seen clarence on seveal jobs and i have photos. and statement to show he worked erning thousands of dollars from the school and village.and private jobs as well.

and for a person who aint got money he has bought new equitment and selling the equitment that was used for collaterol in loan. he breached our contract. for some one whose so poor he remodeled his house on many of differnt times.also tried to attack me threating to kill me . again nothing was done sincerly Lou H

I actually rode through the town on my bike and stayed there for a little while. From all of what I have read about the place is odd, because I only saw the place as a cute little town that hosts a large Half-Ironman triathlon every year. That alone is pretty impressive. I was doing a bike tour and about 5 miles west of Tupper Lake my tire blew out I broke some spokes so I had to thumb it back to town with my bike and gear. Someone picked me up in minutes and took me to the nearest bike store, which was some nice old man who fixed my bike. Because they hosting this big triathlon, the town looked great.

By reading all these post you would think Tupper Lake was a Jerry Springer breeding ground. I would not want someone to say that about my home town.

I would love to see Hollywood make a movie based on the townfolk of Tupper Lake, NY. I looked this little hamlet up on Streets and Trips, it really is a backwater, hillbilly town. It is in the middle of the wilderness. I'll bet you there is a lot of inbreeding going on here. It is unavoidable, there simply are not enough people in this town. The gene pool must be extremely tiny.
