TurboTax Intuit -- Deceptive Advertising, Deplorable Customer Service, Bait and Switch Internet

Why does Turbo Tax get away fraudulent, misleading, deceptive and bamboozling advertising?
"FREE" becomes multiple charges for quite possibly millions of citizens who unfortunately are baited into their scam.

They don't offer a phone number for customer service.  After they tell you it's free, they have NO PROBLEM collecting mulitiple payments from you -- but have a HUGE PROBLEM confirming you- the customer - have been served and taken care of.

I received indication from their jungle-of-a-website that my federal tax and state taxes had been filed. Later, come to find out, the state taxes were NOT filed. So, instead of filing for free -- like they advertise, I got charged twice and also have to pay the state's late fee's due to their POOR customer service, er, should I say, negligence.

This Intuit corporation are a bunch of white collar criminals who obviously feel they are too big to fail.
I look forward to seeing their demise - jail time, preferably.

NEVER EVER USE TURBO TAX. If you've been bamboozled by them - tell your friends and lawyers.
