Turn-Key Systems ripoff and unprofessional. President Orlando seems friendly but will not refund my money for Website paperwork never received. Tempe Arizona

On 5-2-05 I was called by Turn-Key Systems. As a good deal was presented at the time for two websites I could link to my main one, I gave an E-check to my Bank account that would be drawn out on 5-6-05.
Paperwork supposedly on the way to me for signing was never received.

I had many calls from personnel to get me to commit to some very expensive advertising. I guess the President Orlando thought he could personaly sway me, and hung up on me during my explanation of why I was not going with that plan of action. After a week of still no paperwork and the hang up call, I realized I did not want to do business with this Company. I have been asking for my money back for weeks. I left a message that I was going to report them to the "Scam" sites.

On 6-7-05 I finally got a call from Orlando (President). I told him I wanted a refund and he STILL tried to present some advertising program to me. He was going to put a tracer on the paperwork that never reached me and call me back in the morning. Today is 6-12-05. No call. I called once more and left message. I will not call anymore. I am just reporting them. I will do what I say I am going to do. They have not done one thing they have said they were going to do. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
