TurtleShack.com TurtleSales.com Rip Off: Do not purchase anything from this place Bay City, Florida

TurtleShack.com is a horrible place.  They use to be called TurtleSales.com

The owner has been in jail several times for Open Harvest of Turtles and Tortoises.  They animals will come to you Dead!.  They rip you off by charging so much for the freight and once the order is placed you cannot take it back.

There office is a old warehouse where they do there rip off business.  They bring in animals and then ship them out.

They do not have a beautiful place where they breed them.  The Vet is the owners girl friend.

Fish and Game has arrested the owner several times on illegal purchases and sales of these animals.

It is illegal to ship some of the breeds of turtles he sales. 

He is a horrible man making money and since he was caught under his other name of TurtleSales.com

He has once again opened up Turtle Shack.com

Do not order anything from this company, you will pay the price.

You will never get your money back, your card is charged and you will receive a dead turtle or tortoise
or who knows what in the box, then try and get your money back.


Just look at his BBB rating in Florida.  If you have issues with this company, please contact

Florida's Fish and Game and make a report.

PETA: is trying to close this place down, but the criminal action of the owner is very hard.

He will try everything he can to scare you into not reporting him.


Because Florida does not have the best laws about animals I hope the District Attorney can
start doing something with these guys.


Call write District Attorney Government of Florida if you are having issues with this company.
