Tutorvista rude,pushy,fraud,can barely speak english,scam,liars, dont really tutor,no boss,take your money Internet

I am returning to college after 14 years and was searching for math tutor. I came across Tutor vista and the guy said he could give me the whole first month for $89.99. I asked him if I could have ten miutes to check and make sure the company was reputable and he said if I disconnected from him the offer wouldn't be good. So stupid me, put on the spot let him talk me in to signing up for 1 month. He was like a pushy car sales man. I then found out they automatically charge your card every month after unless you cancel so I cancelled 4 days later.

The whole time I tried to even use this service it was one problem after another. The tutors weren't available, they had technical problems, the tutors were rude, they didn't know how to help, they couldn't even do 1 problem in a whole hour, they would cancel a scheduled session after you had been sitting there waiting for it to begin, the customer service people just said sorry they said they had no manager's, wouldn't answer e mails or return calls.

This company is a joke. Very frustrating. And to top it off, I cancelled on 9/10/09 they took $199.99 out of my bank account today 10/06/09. It took me all day on the phone with people who barely speak or understand English and my telling them I had contacted Visa to get them to issue a refund.

The whole time they were saying I was making it difficult for them?? This was there fraudulant "mistake"!!! Then I saw online where they have done this to hundreds of people and just keep taking more money out. My bank said to watch my account closely as they may try to do this again, even after they refund my money. Please Do Not Use This Companys Services It Is A Rip Off!!!
