I purchased an Abslide over a year ago, and with that order I received Herbal Energizer supplements. They began to ship these supplements every 2 months. I sent back the first order and asked them to cancel and refund my money according to their instructions. I continued to receive these supplements every other month.

I went to their website and sent an e-mail outlining my problem and asked them to cancel my account and never call me or send these supplements again. I continued to receive the supplements and I continued to send them back. When you send them an e-mail they state that they will respond within 2 business hours. Sometimes it may take a little longer. I have sent seven e-mails and have not received one reply.

I began calling the phone number on my credit card statement asking for my refund for all the shipments that have been returned.

This company is the worst organization I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have talked with Anna, Marcella, Dulce, David, Danny, Alfredo, Jeff, Stephanie (Supervisor), and Peter the customer service director.

I was told that my credit was issued on the 17th of October and it would take 10 to 14 days for my credit to take effect. After wating the 14 business days I called again Only to be told that they issued the credit and I need my bank to call them and tell them why I didn't get my credit!!

To make a very long story as short as possible, I have been trying for over 1 month to get my refund. These people don't care. I have left 5 messages for Lydia the Service Center Manager. She refuses to return my call. I am still trying to get my refund.

I suggest that anyone who has this similar problem should contact the US Attorney General's office, The Postmaster General's office, your State Attorney General's office for direction to whom this problem should be referred to.

The people violate every ethical business code there is. The only way to stop them is to put them out of business.
