AmeriPOS ripoff A fraudulent company Hallandale Florida

My name is Robert; report is in lieu to AmeriPos and the report by Cyndee of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Having seen the TV ads for pre-paid Phone Cards Cell Phone Time POS systems and Master Cards in Murch of 2004 and conversing with Harvey over a period of a couple weeks and after receiving their packet whtch said that they never had changes agenst then or ther company. In June of 2004 I FEDEX $14,915.00 to AmeriPOS of America for 5 of their Prepaid Card Sales Systems.

I did receive the 5 systems but had no success in placing them thou AmeriPOS. The person that I was given to contact Joyce Health kept refering me to a small neigherhood Bodaga and not the high profile locations that were stated in my conversations. The Store owners all said that they had told AmeriPOS no thank you over the phone.

I then went out on my own and put all 5 in stores in less then 2 weeks. I was strung along and had no success in contacting Bill Martin, Shevin Goodman, Richard Goodman, Cary Krugly, Jack Gordon, Joyce Health, Jay Maine, Bill Judd and Harvey Wall either by phone or e-mail.On the week of July 4th I never got my last pay check.

I started a company around this with the paper work in CA, Fed Licence,D&D and AmeriPOS I spent Over $20.000. I am interested in these lawsuits please get me in contact. Thank you Cyndee of
