VISCOM TECHNOLOGY GROUP MAKERS OF V2 PREMIER AND SHOP NBC DECEPTIVE SALES, MARKETING, FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICE AND SUPPORT Chaska Minnesota

I purchased a V2 premier laptop in February of 2005 after watching a marketing show on Shop NBC. The purchase price was $1700.00 and the warranty was $250.00. The description of the product as well as the level of service to be provided was very enticing. When it arrived it performed as expected for about 15 months.

a*s soon as the warranty was over, the battery refused to charge any longer and the company would not respond to phone or email requests for instructions on how or where to get it repaired. None of the local shops seemed to have the parts or desire to tear into this proprietary equipment. 3 months later the cd/dvd rom drive failed and had to be replaced.

A few weeks ago, the computer would no longer access my wireless internet DSL connection. Now I know that it will soon be 4 years old, but this experience has really soured me on Shop NBC as they were unwilling to be of any assistance either. I find them to be culpable and liable as well. They are all a bunch of con men.
