TV Superstores online business , selling TV. On november 28 , 2015 days after thanksgiving this company advertised discounts for the TV they are selling.I ordered one 65'' TV curved and I received a confirmation for my order. Order number was 79791. In the confirmation it says that I will receive my order 7-10 business days.I waited and TV never was delivered.I called customer service and they said they don't have this TV in stack ,but the guy said that they ordered and I had to wait two more weeks again to get my order. I waited two more weeks and TV never was delivered.I called them again and the guy who answered the phone said they were still waiting and I had to wait also. December holidays, Christmas and new year celebration are gone and I had no TV . Now is end of January and these guys never send me the TV .

On November 28 a day after black friday ,this company advertised discounts. I ordered one 65" Curved TV and I received the confirmation in of my order.In the confirmation was stated that I will receive my order 7-10 business days , when on the web page was advertised shipping  1-2 business days.I waited and the TV was not  delivered as said in confirmation.I called customer service and the guy who answered the phone said that they didn't have the TV in stack but i had to wait 2 more weeks until they were reciviving  the TV .I waited two more weeks and TV never was delivered.I called them again and they said that they don't know when they will receive it , but they will let me know when the TV arrive. December holidays christmas and new year celebration are  gone and i had no TV. Now is end of January and  this company never delivered the TV I ordered.
